1. What is included in the tour price?
The tour price includes transportation, accommodation, entry tickets to attractions, and meals as outlined in the itinerary. Personal expenses are not included.
2. What are the payment options?
You can pay via credit card, bank transfer, or other online payment methods available on our booking system.
3. Is there a single supplement fee?
Yes, if one adult or an adult traveling with a child under 4 years old requires a single room, an additional fee of $85 will apply for the hotel room.
4. Are meals included in the tour?
Yes, meals are included as per the itinerary. Some lunches, especially during visits to attractions, are self-arranged at on-site cafes and will be noted accordingly.
5. Can I join the tour partway through or leave early?
Unfortunately, we do not allow guests to join or leave the tour partway through. We recommend booking for the full tour duration to fully experience all activities.

7. What should I bring on the tour?
We recommend comfortable clothing and shoes, a camera, and a reusable water bottle. Depending on the season, you may also want to bring a jacket, sunscreen, and insect repellent.

There is no minimum age, but children aged 0-4 travel for free. Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
9. What is the minimum number of seats required for atour to be confirmed?
We require a minimum of 5 people for our tours to operate. If your tour has not reached the minimum number, we will contact you a few days prior and either offer another option or provide a full refund.

You can book directly through our website or by contacting our customer service team. Early bookings are recommended, especially during peak seasons.
11. Where is the Auckland hotel pick-up and drop-offlocation?
We can pick up and drop off guests from most central Auckland hotels. When booking, please provide your hotel details, and we will confirm the exact pick-up time and location. If your hotel is outside the designated pick-up area, we will arrange a convenient nearby meeting point for you.
12. What is the baggage allowance?
Each guest is allowed one carry-on bag. Oversized or additional luggage may be declined based on available space.
