1. General

1.1. By participating in this promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1.2. This promotion is organized by Smart Value Tours and is subject to New Zealand laws.

2. Promotion Details

2.1. Participants must share their travel experiences with Smart Value Tours on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, using the official hashtag #SmartValueTours.

2.2. Each week, the post with the most likes will win a prize, which could include attraction tickets, hotel vouchers, or other rewards as specified by Smart Value Tours.

2.3. All participants must send a screenshot of their post, showing the total number of likes, to info@smartvaluetours.co.nz by 12:00 PM every Friday to be eligible for that week’s selection.

3. Eligibility

3.1. Participants must be 18 years or older.

3.2. Only public social media accounts are eligible for participation so that entries can be reviewed.

4. Prizes

4.1. Attraction Tickets: Winners may receive free tickets to one of the following attractions:

  • Waitomo Glowworm Caves
  • Hobbiton Movie Set
  • Skyline Gondola

Actual attraction options depend on availability.

4.2. Hotel Vouchers: Winners may receive vouchers for selected hotels in Auckland, subject to availability and specific terms of the hotel.

4.3. Prizes are subject to availability and may not be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other services.

5. Claiming Prizes

5.1. Winners will be contacted via email and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize.

5.2. Prizes must be used within 3 months of issuance.

5.3. Dates for attraction visits or hotel stays are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed on specific requested dates.

6. Restrictions

6.1. Participants may not submit duplicate entries or artificially inflate engagement metrics (e.g., buying likes).

6.2. Smart Value Tours reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms.

7. Changes and Cancellations

7.1. Smart Value Tours reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
