• Fees for all pre-booked activities and destinations are covered unless specifically noted as optional or extra.
• Guided experiences at various points of interest.

PRICING

• All listed prices are in NZD and include the 15% GST.
• For overnight tours, full payment is required at the time of booking.

• No personal cheques are accepted.

TOUR COMMENTARY

• All tours feature English-language commentary provided by the driver/guide throughout the journey.

TRAVEL CONDITIONS

• Smart Value Tours reserves the right to adjust prices, tour routes, transportation, or services if necessary.
• Should the required minimum passenger count not be met, Smart Value Tours may cancel the tour, offering either an alternative or a full refund.
• The company is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or accidents that occur during the tour.
• For adventure activities, participants should be aware of associated risks. Smart Value Tours is not responsible for accidents during these optional activities.
• Unused portions of the tour are non-refundable.
• Smart Value Tours may refuse travel to passengers engaging in disruptive behavior, without a refund.

CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS

• A minimum $20 fee applies to all online cancellations.
• Cancellation fees apply as follows:
  • 7 days or more prior to travel: Overnight tours may incur fees at the supplier's discretion.
  • Between 7 days and 48 hours before travel: 25% fee for day tours, 50% for overnight tours.
  • Within 24 hours of travel: Full (100%) cancellation fee.
• Changes to bookings made more than 7 days prior to travel incur a $20 amendment fee. Changes made within 7 days follow the standard cancellation policy.

SAFETY & HEALTH

• Certain inherent risks are involved in all tours. By booking, participants acknowledge and accept these risks.
• Participants must inform Smart Value Tours of any health conditions that may affect their participation in the tour.
• If deemed necessary for safety reasons, Smart Value Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings. In such cases, refunds will not be given.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE

• One carry-on bag is allowed.
• Oversized or additional luggage may be declined based on available space.

IMAGE RIGHTS & PRIVACY

• By participating in the tour, passengers grant Smart Value Tours the right to capture images, videos, or audio recordings of them during the trip. These recordings may be used for marketing purposes.
• Passengers have the right to request access to or corrections of these images. However, changes may not be possible for materials already used for marketing purposes.
